THE GRAND MARQUEE

This grand old lady draped in carnival style canvas will hold up to 200 for cocktails or 180 seated guests, and spills out to its own pretty courtyard washed with dappled light.

A full bar is available, as well as internal access to the adjacent Village Hall should you need to breakout for further space. There is a professional built-in sound system.

THE VILLAGE GREEN

Set in the heart of the Grand Mercure Nelson Monaco and surrounded by cottage gardens.

This lush and generous space is perfect for informal meetings, corporate team building exercises, casual lunches, afternoon teas and displays. It’s also a great space to spill out to from the resort’s other venues.

THE ORANGERIE MEETING ROOM

This purpose built room is perfect for meetings, conferences and parties for up to 65 guests.

The room features lots of natural light and charming wall panelling, and has spectacular views of Waimea Inlet and the Kahurangi Mountain Range. French doors open onto a private balcony. Black out curtains are fitted if you need low light.

THE VILLAGE HALL

Purpose-built for events and conferences, this space has a rich atmosphere that can be dressed up for a party or pared back for a corporate event.

The large gas fire adds charm and warmth for an autumn or winter event. It’s a very popular space for all sorts of events, be they board meetings, larger conferences, a special dinner or a grand occasion.

EXECUTIVE COTTAGE

With a small courtyard leading out onto the front terrace of the hotel overlooking the pond, and with seating around an oak table for 8-10 people, this is the perfect location for your private meeting, job interviews or private dinner.

A full kitchen gives access to refreshments and catering. The lounge and the courtyard are ideal for breakout spaces. Two bedrooms, both with en suites, are a budget saver for event organisers staying overnight.
